Bringing a baby into the world is one of life’s biggest transitions, and having the right support can make all the difference. As your doula, I’m here to provide calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate support through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum—helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

What’s Included: ✨ Prenatal Support – Two in-depth prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and any questions you have. ✨ Labor & Birth Support – Continuous, hands-on support during labor and delivery, whether at home, a birth center, or hospital. ✨ Emotional & Physical Comfort – Breathing techniques, movement, massage, and encouragement to help you through each stage of labor. ✨ Advocacy & Guidance – Helping you navigate decisions and communicate with your birth team so you feel heard and supported. ✨ Immediate Postpartum Care – Support for those first precious hours after birth, including breastfeeding guidance if needed. ✨ Ongoing Connection – A postpartum follow-up visit to check in, offer resources, and make sure you’re feeling supported.

Investment: $1,800 This covers my full support from pregnancy through postpartum, ensuring you have a trusted, experienced guide by your side when you need it most.
